Welcome to the wrestling roundup where we look at the biggest stories from the past week or weekend in wrestling. In the wrestling roundup, we not only will look at the news but rumours as well. Again fans love speculating on rumours. And all the rumours will be cited from credible sources in the wrestling world. Remember with rumours, none of them have been confirmed. With that said let’s dive into this edition of the wrestling roundup looking at the AEW making waves in the TV World as well as overseas, WWE introducing a new world title, and much more.

AEW News: AEW Announces New Show on TNT
All Elite Wrestling is adding another show to the mix with the introduction of AEW Collision. Behind Warner Brothers Discovery, the joint announcement brings wrestling back to Saturday Nights on the Turner Broadcasting Network.
For those that grew up with WCW, you remember WCW Saturday Night before Monday Nitro. AEW Saturday Night Collision will be a two-hour broadcast with some of the top superstars. In addition, AEW Rampage will be a more developmental show.
The new weekly show was announced on Wednesday at WBD upfront. Then on AEW Dynamite, Tony Khan announced some of the dates for AEW Collision including June 24th in Toronto the night before Forbidden Door and July 22nd in Newark, NJ. Khan will announce the location of the June 17th show, when Collision will debut.
Reports are it was going to be Chicago and the return of CM Punk. More on that in another edition of the wrestling roundup.
AEW News: All-In Sold Over 65,000 Tickets At Wembley
Speaking of AEW, they will be hosting ALL-In in London, England at Wembley Stadium. There were a lot of naysayers. Many wondered how with no matches announced how could AEW sell tickets to this event in August the week before All-Out.
Well for a company that was supposed to go away, AEW has sold over 65,000 tickets per WrestleTix. The Stadium which holds 90,000 people will be scaled down to hold over 74,000 people. This is the biggest gate and revenue in the history of the company. According to Brandon Thurston, AEW is holding 15,000 tickets for resale purposes.
It is the first time AEW will be going overseas. This will be the biggest event in the history of the company. Per Dave Meltzer and Bryan Alvarez of Wrestling Observer, Will Ospreay is confirmed for the event.

WWE News: New World Heavyweight Title Introduced
A few weeks on RAW Triple H introduced a new World Heavyweight Title. With Roman Reigns still WWE Undisputed Universal Champion, the company needed a champion on RAW. As they want a fighting champion and a champion that is showing up every week. And with the potential of a brand split (Don’t Do It), thus the creation of a new title belt.
A tournament was held with the new champion being crowned at Night of Champions in Saudi Arabia. It will be Seth Rollins taking on AJ Styles for the right to be called the first-ever WWE World Heavyweight Champion.
Fans have not been pleased with this introduction of the belt and feel more and more WWE got the decision wrong at Wrestlemania.
