Welcome to the wrestling roundup where we look at the biggest stories from the past week or weekend in wrestling. In the wrestling roundup, we not only will look at the news but rumours as well. Again fans love speculating on rumours. And all rumours will be cited from credible sources in the wrestling world. Remember with rumours, none of them have been confirmed. With that said let’s dive into this edition of the wrestling roundup.
Wrestling Roundup
WWE: Triple H Hints WWE will be coming back to Europe for another PPV.
According to Triple H, following the Clash at the Castle event on Saturday, he hinted that WWE will be coming back to do more European shows. Not just NXT Europe. He was happy with the show and the crowd was electric. It was the first time WWE held a PPV in Europe since Summerslam 1992. The reception for the event was excellent. He hinted they will be doing more global shows as well. (FW4 Online.com)
AEW: MJF Returns at All Out
When the Casino Ladder Match was announced, many speculated that we would see the return of MJF. Things got weird when Stockley Hathaway and company took out all the competitors for the Joker to come down dressed as the Devil. What made it stranger was the music Sympathy for the Devil by the Rolling Stones. But if you had followed along the feud with CM Punk, MJF called himself the Devil and made references to the Devil as well. (Fightful.com)

AEW: Malakai Black Leaving AEW
Raj Giri of WrestlingInc.com reported and confirmed that Malakai Black asked for his release from AEW prior to the All Out PPV.
I heard an AEW star requested their release, and follow up sources indicate it was Malakai Black. He reportedly has repeatedly shown concerns about his mental health due to personal life and demoralization due to the booking and handling of his character. (1)

The report was backed up by PWInsider.com citing the same personal issue for Black. He wanted to take time off from wrestling maybe even a permanent one as this issue that has been weighing on him heavily.
After taking the pin in the six-man tag on Sunday at All Out when the House of Black took on Miro, Darby Allin and Sting, fans in attendance saw Malakai Black bow and blow kisses to the audience. He also embraced his fellow House of Black members.

Tony Khan in his post-show scrum would not comment on what Black did after the match. But he did wish him well on whatever he was dealing with.
AEW: Christian Cage Legitimately Hurt
According to Bryan Alvarez of Wrestling Observer and confirmed by Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful.com that Christian is dealing with a legit injury to his arm. This is why the match was so short with Jungle Boy at All Out. Luchasaurus turned on Jungle Boy before the match and this led to Christian hitting the Kill Switch on Jungle Boy for the victory.
On the August 17th edition of AEW Dynamite, Jungle Boy attacked Christian’s arm to set up the angle.
Alvarez speculates it is a torn triceps muscle Christian is dealing with.
Christian pinned him with a spear and unprettier immediately. Given the giant brace and quick match, I presume injury, probably torn triceps

Then there is the whole CM Punk, Young Bucks, and Kenny Omega situation playing out backstage. More on that here.
That does it for this edition of the wrestling roundup. Stay tuned for another edition real soon.
