Heading into AEW’s All Out PPV in Chicago, you had to wonder what the main event of the evening was going to be. Was it going to the return to the ring by CM Punk after seven years to take on Darby Allin or the AEW World Championship as Kenny Omega defended the title against Christian Cage? But once the company put the match in the semi-main slot similar to the Rock and Hollywood Hulk Hogan at Wrestlemania X8, you knew something big was going to happen after the main event of the show. And of course, AEW once again delivers with not one, but two debuts. Adam Cole and Bryan Danielson are now ALL ELITE.

Adam Cole and Bryan Danielson Join AEW

If you have been following AEW since its start, they do not do things for no reason. They like to drop subtle hints about people coming without saying people are coming. For instance, Darby Allin dropped the Best in the World line. AEW using the United Center in Chicago so they could debut CM Punk. So after what was a solid main event between Kenny Omega and Christian Cage, where Omega retained the title (no surprise here), an absolute melee broke out as the Elite tried to destroy Christian. Jurassic Express tried to make the save, but they were destroyed.

Omega grabbed a microphone to say no one is on his level, and the only ones who even could have a hope are retired or already dead.

So who’s music hits, but none other than Adam Cole Bay Bay! Remember if you have followed “Being The Elite” Cole was killed off so he could go to WWE.

It’s @AdamColePro, BAY BAY!#AEWAllOut pic.twitter.com/eHchHsYZ52

Another thing, Cole’s contract expired at the end of July, and he only agreed to stay to work NXT Takeover 36, and with the new direction of NXT and probably never getting a good run on the main roster, he went to be with his friends’ int he hottest professional wrestling company in the world. Earlier in the night, Dr. Britt Baker D.M.D the AEW Women’s World Champ dropped a hint about Cole when she hit Panama Sunrise during her match.

From there Cole joins his buddies in The Elite as he superkicks Jungle Boy. And it seemed the crowd was going to go home sad. Though Adam Cole joining AEW isn’t a sad thing, but usually, you want the babyface to stand tall at the end of an event, not the heels.

Enter Danielson

So as Kenny Omega was about to bid us adieu, Bryan Danielson’s music hit and a six-man brawl broke out with Danielson destroying Nick Jackson and the champ running for cover.

AEW continues to move the needle. Cole has arrived, Danielson has arrived, Punk is here, Ruby Soho is here. People better start taking notice of what AEW is doing.
