It’s been a busy few days in the wrestling world, so we’ve brought back the wrestling roundup to catch everyone up.
Andrade Released; Charlotte Discloses Positive COVID Test
It has been a big week for news for the couple of Charlotte and Andrade. On Sunday, Andrade was granted his requested release from WWE. Andrade tweeted out his thanks to Paul Heyman, William Regal, and Triple H. Notice any names missing from that list? Yeah, no love for Vince McMahon mistreating him on the main roster.
I want to thank @TripleH , @HeymanHustle and @RealKingRegal for all these years and great support that they gave me all these years also to the fans who were always supporting me, a big hug to all the talent and workers who always behaved kindly to me. 👊🏼🙏🏼

Even more exciting for fans, Andrade apparently has no non-compete clause attached to his release (h/t WrestlingInc). That means we could see Andrade (and maybe former manager Zelina Vega) in a new company soon.
During Raw on Monday, Charlotte announced that she tested positive for COVID. There was a rumor circulating that she had been pulled from the Wrestlemania card over Andrade’s request for a release, but that was not the case. Here’s hoping Charlotte has a quick recovery and good health.
I know everyone has been wondering where I have been. I tested positive for COVID and have been home resting 🙏
Thank you everyone for your love ❤️
👸🏼

WWE Raw Results
After Fastlane on Sunday, Raw went full speed ahead to Wrestlemania. Here are the results for this week’s Raw.
- Bobby Lashley def. Sheamus
- Asuka def. Peyton Royce
- The Miz def. Jeff Hardy
- Kofi Kingston def. A.J. Styles
- Drew McIntyre def. Shelton Benjamin & Cedric Alexander
- Nia Jax & Shayna Baszler def. Mandy Rose & Dana Brooke
- Braun Strowman def. Elias
We got more of The Fiend as a crispy chicken facing off against Randy Orton. What a strange turn for an already strange gimmick. Does this make him the next Kane instead of Undertaker?
