WWE NXT Results
Two title matches were on the card for NXT this week. Io Shirai defended the NXT Women’s title against a tough challenger in Rhea Ripley in the first match. In the second, Leon Ruff looks to make magic happen again in his first defence of the NXT North American Championship against the man he took it from: Johnny Gargano. We also got the return of Finn Balor. Here are the results from this week’s NXT:
- Leon Ruff (c) def. Johnny Gargano by disqualification to retain the NXT North American Championship
- Cameron Grimes versus Dexter Lumis in a Blindfold match goes to a no contest
- Candice LeRae & Indi Hartwell def. Kacy Catanzaro & Kayden Carter
- KUSHIDA def. Arturo Ruas
- Toni Storm & Ember Moon def. Dakota Kai & Raquel Gonzalez
- Timothy Thatcher def. August Grey
- Io Shirai (c) def. Rhea Ripley to retain the NXT Women’s Championship
To close the show we had the return of Finn Balor. Of course this brought out the Kings of NXT: Pat McAfee, Pete Dunne and the BritAm Brawlers. Balor had a special surprise up his sleeve though: the return of the Undisputed Era!

NXT also announced that War Games is coming on December 6th. It looks like Pat McAfee’s crew and the Undisputed Era crew are on a collision course for the event. Shotzi Blackheart will captain a team against Candice LeRae in another War Games match.

AEW Dynamite Results
Lots of exciting action on this week’s Dynamite. PAC made his way across the ocean and was in action. Jon Moxley and Kenny Omega were scheduled to sign a contract for their AEW World Championship match. What else went down on a packed Dynamite? Here are the results:
- Young Bucks def. Top Flight
- Orange Cassidy def. Kip Sabian
- PAC def. The Blade
- Serena Deeb (c) def. Thunder Rosa to retain the NWA Women’s Championship
- Team Taz (Ricky Starks & Brian Cage) def. Darby Allin & Cody Rhodes
One of the biggest developments of the night was the heel turn of Will Hobbs. After seemingly coming to the aid of Cody & Darby Allin, Hobbs instead struck Cody with the FTW Title. Hobbs has joined Team Taz, making them even more of a force to be reckoned with.

WWE ThunderDome Notes
The ThunderDome is on the move. According to eWrestlingNews, WWE will be moving out of the AmWay Center and into Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg, Florida. The AmWay Center is home to the Orlando Magic, and their season begins in mid-late December. Instead WWE will move to the home of the Tampa Rays who do not have a current start date. No doubt the immense screens will continue, as will the attempts of fans to get AEW logos onto them.
One for the Road:
The Inner Circle went to Vegas. I can do this no justice, so take the three minutes to check it out.
The Inner Circle have bigger problems than just a terrible hangover.
